The Challenge: A Smooth Transition

Mbeya Cement faced a significant challenge: the urgent need to migrate from Lafarge’s global system to a locally managed Google Workspace environment. With the transition came the requirement for local billing and local support to ensure seamless operations and minimal disruption. 

Additionally, the company needed add-on licenses, such as Google Hardware Meet Licensing, to enhance team collaboration and communication. Google Meet hardware is a video conferencing system that allows users to easily join and manage meetings, share screens, and integrate with Google Calendar. It is also compatible with Zoom and Cisco Webex.

The result? A direct request for quotation (RFQ) from Mbeya Cement, and a successful deployment within just 19 days.
